Dladla was born in 1992 in Johannesburg, South Africa. He was raised up in Soweto. The actor developed the interest in acting from his early days where he also earned The Best Actor Award and Parktown Boys High Original Script Award while being at the school.
Dladla took part in Class Act 2011 which is a talent search reality television show aired on SABC1. He reached to the finals and earned worldwide acclaim for his incredible performances. Recieving praises by Tim Greene (film director) and Darryl Roodt.
In 2012, he went to work for a drama series named 4Play: Sex Tips for Girls aired on e.tv for the role of Jimmy. During the seventh season of Wild at Heart (a British Drama Series), he appeared in the role of Mohato in 2012. After a year, he appeared on the television series like Tempy Pushas and Intersexions. In 2014, he played the role of Sibusiso Vilakazi which was earlier portrayed by Lungile Radu. On 29 July 2014, Dladla made his first appearance on Rhythm City.
As well as a role on the action drama series: The Message and the internationally acclaimed feature film iNumber Number.
More recently, Pallance stared alongside Lawrence Fishburn in the BET Madiba Series as Tokyo Sexwale and as well as the lead in the upcoming romantic feature film: Zulu Wedding. Pallance has also stared in Mzansi Magic’s hit teenage drama series Is’Thunzi.
Pallance also plays the lead in the explosive detective drama called Shadow. Due for international release in 2018.
Pallance is also a director of Actor Spaces, an online magazine that promotes excellence in South African film, television and theatre industry. He has conducted and facilitated numerous acting and film workshops, to help future actors realize their dreams, such as the Essence Festival Durban in 2017.
